Hello doc. I am 30yrs and have secondary infertility. I have been trying for over 2years now. I did an HSG and it says my right fallopian tube is not visualised while the left has normal patency. I did 3 follicle tracking- day 8, 14 and 18 which is today. My cycle is 33days. As at day 14, I had 1 dominant follicle of 15.9mm. Day 18 says remnant of ruptured follicle in d left ovary suggesting ovulation. Does this mean I can still conceive if we have intercourse today? NB. I was diagnosed of bilateral polycystic ovaries, could you please explain what this implies and my chances of natural conception? Thank you.
