Hello doc. I am from India. I have diabetes for which my doc is giving me Glucoformin 1000 for the last 7/8 yrs I have high BP for which I am taking regular medicines. My question is inspite of regular medication my blood sugar level is always high in the morning. Yesterday I got it checked it was blood sugar fasting was 111 and blood sugar pp was 120. I was observing strict diet rule like no sugar only stevia , less salt no fired stuff etc. what shd I do to control my sugar level in permissible limits less than 100. Thanks for sparing time.
