Hello Doc, I Had Sex On The 29/1 And Our

Hello doc, I had sex on the 29/1 and our contraception failed, within the hour I took a levonorgestrel 1.5mb tablet. However according to my period tracking app, it is telling me that I will be ovulating on the 3-4/2. If the tablet delays ovulation for five days, and sperm survives inside my body for 6-7 days then the tablet will wear off the day before I ovulate however the sperm will still be there! I'm quite worried and I think I should take another tablet, please help me make sense of my situation.
