Hello Doc, I Had Unprotected Sex With My Girlfriend And

Hello doc, I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend and later started seeing signs like boils in thighs that come and go sometimes pimple like on by body .AltHough before now it usually comes but not like this. And recently itching on my body.
What do u think would be the reason
