Hello Doc I M 29 Yrs Old. I Had Missed

Hello doc I m 29 yrs old. I had missed abortion of 7 weeks I took medicine misoprostol for termination n I bleed for 5 days. But still ultrasound shows some retained conception material inside uterus. Already taken 8 tabs of misoprostol. Not willing to take more. I had no kids I desperately need baby. Pls suggest how to proceed further to flush out conception material. Thanks in advance
