Hello doc, I went for urine culture and HVS test in a lab, this is d results
Urine
Macroscopy : pale Amber and slightly cloudy
Microscopy : pus cell 3-5 HPF
Calcium oxalate (+++)
Significant growth of Escherichia coil

HVS /MCS
Microscopy pus 2-3HPF
Epithelia cell (+++)
Scanty growth of Staphylococcus spp

Pls can you kindly explain the results n what I should do
