Hello Doc! I'm Winston And I Just Wanna Ask Some

Hello doc! I'm Winston and I just wanna ask some questions regarding my mom's chest CTscan result. She was diagnosed with small cell right lung CA(May 18,2010); S/P Lobectomy (July 10,2010); S/P Chemotherapy(july-dec 2010); S/P Radiation therapy(feb 1-march 4,2011); on follow up:; asymptomatic; latest xray (5/19/16) showed pulmonary nodule right upper lung
Then few days ago, she had her MRI AND CHEST CTSCAN and here are the impressions:
1. Pleural nodules along the middle lobe likely metastatic
2. Pneumonia, right upper lobe-resolved
3. No significant interval change in the right upper lobe lobectomy and post radiation changes
4. Compensatory hyperaeration, right lower lobe
5. No significant interval change in the fibrosis in the right middle, both lower lobes and left upper lobe

Doc, please tell me what this means. I beg you. I'm so worried to see these things
