Hello Doc. M Junaid 31 Year Old Suffering From Sore

Hello doc.
M junaid 31 year old suffering from sore throat and vesicle on tongue since 5 days. I am having difficulties in eating and drinking due to viscle on tongue and sore throat. Currently i am having medicines clarithromycin 500 mg twice in a day and ponstan forte twice in a day and pasting combination of samogel and kenalog on tongue. But doc surprisingly situation is that I check my random sugar which comes 250mg/dl. Can u please help me out why my sugar spike suddenly
