Hello Doc. My Husband Has Got Panic Attacks.. We Have

Hello doc. My husband has got panic attacks.. we have been married for 15 yrs now. I guess he must have had this sometimes during our marriage. He himself did not know. I was thinking maybe he is just feeling low. He also could not express himself. We travelex abroad and as we landed he got me back to my home country. Today am able to realise that these were all instances of panic attacks. 5 years ago only we realised that he had this disorder. No sleep in the night. Also he feels very low. Otherwise he is a very active person. Very zestful.doc first prescribed cipralex and lonazep. He took it for almost 4 to 5 mts. After which he slowly stopped. This was in 2011. He was fine after that. Then in between he used to have mild version of the same problem. No sleep for a week or so. But he used to be fine. Now for the past week he is experiencing the same problem. Little more intensely.so doc now has prescribed serta 25mg for a month. I just wanted to know 1.is there anything that triggers this 2.how long will he suffer with this despite taking medicines 3.what are some of the things he needs to do to combat this.
