Hello Doc :) . I Have Had Server Pain For

Hello doc :) . i have had server pain for 3days now in my lower left hand side , the pain is a 11out of 10 after i do a wee poop or have sex also i am having fevers night and day the pain has not given up for 3days. Also my poop is a very light cream please help me dear mr doctor :( thank you so much for your time .:).
