Hello Doc I M Undegoing Follicle Study Today Is Day

Hello doc i m undegoing follicle study today is day 16 and my egg size is 32*32 in right ovary but its not ruptured yet my doc prescribed me a hcg injection on 13th day and today she gave me decapeptyl, why is it not rupturing is there any problem in me do i have pcos?
