Hello Doc I Used To Work In The Chemical Plant

Hello doc i used to work in the chemical plant and one day i got a small cut on my hand from a rusted knief and after few weeks i got a fever headache sinus nose enlarge lymph node and fatigue for a whole week
Day before ifell ill went ouside in cold and may be i got problem of cold
After all it over i lost my weight i was 82 kg and then i came to 79 and i was in the tension coz i lost some money and wssnt able to eat properlly
So now am good no problem but do you think that i should go for the hiv test
