Hello Doc,I Am 22 M And My Problem Is Many

Hello doc,I am 22 m and my problem is many white hard bubble type thing on srotal skin for many years...doctor said these are sebacious cyst ...my question is is how to drain them..since 2-3 were cured by automatically infected and gone but still many of them are present....pls help me.
