Hello doc.gud am!my vagi-ultrasound remarks was..Normal sized inverted uterus,complex structure posterior to or at the uterus may still be a myoma.an abscess cannot be entirely ruled out.suggest follow ..normal sized ovaries with follicles, empty cul-de-sac...

I would like to know,if I have something to worry or not?
