Hello Doc,iam 25yr Its Been 8 Months I Got Married

Hello doc,iam 25yr its been 8 months I got married and experiencing irregular periods , ...before marriage I had regular periods....I was diagnosed with PCOD , hormone test is normal ,have no other symptoms except for weight gain of 10 kg ..now iam 60 kg and under medication for 1month...Im taking Normoz,Amycordial syp,and Duoluton L..i was told to continue for another 2 months by my gyne...my doubt is...without taking duoluton can I get cured of pcod with good diet n lifestyle?if so how long will it take to cure pcod..and to concieve?
