Hello doc.im 28 yrs old 4yrs married.Is there's a possibility for me to have a baby?could u pls give me the best help and advice doc with my problems for having a baby?In my case that my obgyne found in transviganal scan that my uterus is retroverted with smooth contour and homogeneous echo pattern measuring 6.57x3.83x4.66cm.endometrium measures 0.46cm thin with intact sub endometrial and my right ovary measures 3.10x1.63x2.56cm with largestfollicle measuring 1.05cm, my left ovary measures 2.06x1.24x1.78 but then there is a cystic structure at the left adnexa measuring 2.89x2.40cm ground Glass in appearance laterally adherent to the left ovary with thickened capsules measuring 0.34cm,minimal free fluid in the cul de sac, bladder is intact.thank u so much doc.
