Hello Doc,my Four Month Daughter Scratches Her Eyes A Lot

Hello doc,my four month daughter scratches her eyes a lot most especially at night when she's about to sleep or even while asleep and she does this simultaneously with scratching the nose too, pls how do I handle this? Also I noticed a small black dot in the white part of her eyes and red veins in the white part of both eyes? What do u suggest?
