Hello docs. I have severe allergic rhinitis, severe bilateral nasal congestion, chest congestion, SOB, difficulty breathing, insomnia due to above issues.tried all decongestant, antihistamine, salt lamp, salt inhalation, steam inhalation, circumin, ginger, thyme, garlic, etc. Chronic Otrivin usage has closed my ears 90%. Any help to save me. I am dying. Plz help thanks.
