Hello Docter Its Been 6-7 Month We Are Planning For

Its been 6-7 month we are planning for baby...I have gone through semen analysis where in I have 80 million sperm count,I hope this counts as normal to plan for baby. My wife is still not able to conceive even after planned intercourse in fertility period, she is getting her periods in time and with heavy bleeding, last month she had a problem of cist in her ovaries which was resolved after consulting gynaecologist. I am totally lost in confusion of exact problem. Can u please tell who exactly has a problem.who needs to be diagnosed properly.
