Hello Doc,there Is A Street Dog, 8 Months Old I

Hello doc,there is a street dog, 8 months old I guess.It was brought by our neighbours.I was playin with it today. Accidently I got a scratch on my hand. It did bleed a little.very small scratch. I asked if they had got him injected. They said no. Is there any chances of infection? I don't think he has got rabies or anythin. I wiped it with detol and have put termeric on it.
