Hello, doctor. About once a year, sometimes less often, the skin on my extreme lower back/upper butt becomes hypersensitive, itchy, and painful, and sometimes obvious sores develop which break through my skin. I can't describe much more because I can't see it, but the itchy hypersensitivity and soreness lasts between 6 hours and up to at least a week. Please help.
