I went for a pelvic scan and the result was.

USS shows a gravid uterus with a single viable foetus CRL 13mm corresponding to GA 8weeks + 1 day .
EDD- 06-02-2019. Liquor volume is adequate . internal Is is closed. Both adnexa appear free. Pouch of Douglas is empty. No free pelvic collection sighted. No cyst. No fibroid.



Please doctor, what does all these write up means

And I want to know if am in good conditions with my baby.
