Hello Doctor, I Am 19 Years Old With Pcos And

Hello doctor, I am 19 years old with pcos and have tried everything. I have heard having the mirena isn't good for women with pcos ( which I have the mirena) and today my doctor said that the mirena doesn't help at all with pcos its mostly just to avoid pregnancy but he also prescribed me gildess Fe 1/20 to use along with having my mirena. Will having the mirena and taking the pill affect me ?
