Hello Doctor I Am 25 Year Old Boy, I Smoke

Hello doctor I am 25 year old boy, I smoke and drink, last month during my exam time I smoked too much and suddenly I had sore throat then I felt short of breath whenever I smoke a cigarettes but after some days when I quit smoking I was okay but I had some itchy feeling in throat then I smoked again I felt that itchy feeling again but no short of breath nothing now after few days I have sore throat in which pain is shifting here and there in throat and neck not in particular place, I had fever also but no other symptoms like problem in swallowing or cough short breath nothing is there but sore throat is there and sometimes I feel pain in chest which last for seconds. I don't know what to do what it is. Is it something serious?
