Hello Doctor, I Am A 24 Yr Old Female. I

Hello doctor,
I am a 24 yr old female. I have undergone gall bladder removal surgery on 31st March 2015. 11 days post operation, I felt like something is moving on the right side of my upper abdomen which radiates to the side and then back whenever I took a deep breath. After an hour I developed an acute pain in the same area whenever i took a deep breath. I had this pain for 4 to 5 days and then the pain vanished. After two months, I got this same pain and it lasted for 3 to 4 days. I could not lie on the right side while sleeping. And now, it's back again. I got this pain last sunday and it was the most severe of all. It lasted for five days and these five days were so troublesome that I was unable to sit. Even if i had to sit, I would sit tilted slightly towards the left. It was painful to take every breath. While walking, I walked slightly bent towards the left. While laughing, crying, coughing and yawning or a sudden movement I would suffer from this acute pain on my upper right abdomen which radiates to the side and then back. I could not lie straight or on my right as it would pain a lot.
Today is the eighth day, the same pain is not there but when laughing or a sudden movement, I am feeling the pain in the upper right abdomen.

Please suggest.
Thank You.
