Hello Doctor I Am A Migraine Patient From My Childhood

Hello doctor I am a migraine patient from my childhood but now migraine have become very frequent and severe I have had Naxdom 500 for a period of 2 years and it had really helped me very good but I have got lymph node tb one year ago and my tb doctor has stopped naxdom as he thought that may be naxdom is responsible for tb as it contains naproxen and he prescribed Pezotifen 2tablets daily and Zolmitriptan when pain. But my weight is increasing very fast from this medicine and migraine is serious day by day....I am really fed up of this and going into depression my age is 39 pls help me
