My youngest daughter 3y 3m born with imperforate anus, very dilated dital colon (pouch colon), left multicyctic dysplastic kidney disease, right duplex kidney with moderate hydronephorosis & hydroureter involving both upper & lower meatues, cloacal anomaly.
