Hello doctor, I am having a two years old daughter...she continuous has cold and cough from last 3-4 months..it goes for 3-4 days..and then again come back...sometime due to weather change..not very sure..sometimes due to dust. From last 4 days she is having severe cold and cough..having running nose and cough every time.Especially she used to do lot of coughing during sleep..and many a times had vomit in night and afternoon sleep.Her coughing nowerdays seems very bad..not able to speak yesterday night, and only after vomit she felt comfortable. I am giving alaspan 5ml to her in morning and motaire 4 mg tab in night.We are giving her hot water steam every night. Please give your suggestion.
