Hello Doctor! I Am Having High SGPT (141) Level, Moderate

Hello doctor! I am having high SGPT (141) level, moderate fatty liver and a duodenal ulcer. Which one should be treated first? Currently my doctor prescribed Clarithromycin and amoxicillin for ulcer. I was an alcoholic and smoker, I already quit both smoking and drinking.. would you please suggest treatment and diet plan for me??
