Hello Doctor I Am In A Bit Of A State

Hello doctor I am in a bit of a state I have had 3 previous surgery on my lower back and now suffer as a result of a rear end car incident I am on MST meds but they don't touch this neck pain I am in really bad pain that I wake with every morning it feels like my both arms have been scalded my hands are in excruciating pain even to move or touch them they are tender this is too much to bear I can't put up with itucj longer and my neck is agony as well and can't sleep very well and then I have to wale up to it all over again. What can I do. I have asked my gp for something to brace my neck so i at get a better morning to look forward to but I always get the I don't like patients using them.
