I am now 8 weeks pregnant ,on this week monday i went to gynaec she did transabdominal scan and said big GSac measuring 4.11x1.9 but no pole no cardiac activity , so advised my beta Hcg same day it was 1lakh 6thousand eight hundred five , now told to repeat it tomorw, all these days i had nausea also only today no nausea but severe gastritis....plz can u tell me should i worry about miscarriage
