Hello Doctor I Am On Vyvanse 70mg And Tenex 1mg

Hello doctor I am on vyvanse 70mg and tenex 1mg but I also have the nexplanon implant in my arm and I've been on vyvanse before but I don't take it in the summer but now that I have school I have been having no apatite what so ever I've been extremely depressed and on my left temple it will just start hurting and throbbing and feeling like something is stabbing my eye socate when I move my eye. But another thing that has me conserned is that for the past two and a half weeks I have been spotting as in like a period but it's brown and dark and after one week it was black and gushed for the day but now it's back to a blackish brown color
