Hello Doctor I Got My Last Period On 10th November

Hello doctor I got my last period on 10th November 2016 I tested for home pregnancy test twice until 2nd January and it was negative then I did HCG serum blood test it was 2.5 which I think is negative now my doctor has prescribed me meprate and today is the first day I have taken it I am still wondering if I am pregnant please advise thank you
