Hello Doctor, I Got Perianal Abscess And Not Heal For

Hello doctor, I got perianal abscess and not heal for 3 years..now becoming fistula.before I&D,the doctor just diagnose me with physical examination and anoscope..under EUA with general anestasia in operating theatre..150 Cc of pus produced by I&D.doctor said that he can only performed on boil area and leaving the area with abscess that unboil where skin surface like hard..something that it seems like abscess in the skin surface but not boil and hard area.doctor just only ignore/leave that area(above boil area).no MRI test done to diagnosed me but it seems like large and deep abscess.the first incision looks like small triangle shape near my anal..after 2 weeks of surgery,doctor made the wound extension on the hard skin area and connect it with first wound(triangle wound).no MRI done too. Is it right procedure since I got deep and large abscess..is it true that it is perianal abscess since the part of abscess area is long..not only near anal but it is long and the doctor done I& D only boil part of area.how they really know it is really perianal abscess..what about gluteal abscess .the second surgery done without asking me..too deep wound they extended.. They do the wound extension and at the same time they told they will do minor surgery. The wound becoming too large.is it right procedure?
