Hello Doctor, I Had Mild Fever, Headache And Stomach Pain

Hello doctor, I had mild fever, headache and stomach pain yesterday. Today fever and headache are all gone completely, but I now have loose motion problem. I took eldoper tablet this morning. I also have mild stomach pain and feeling of fullness. I think its gas trouble. What should I do? Can I take another tablet for gas trouble?
