Hello Doctor.. I Had My Last Periods On 4th March..so

Hello doctor.. I had my last periods on 4th March..so the due date not was 5th March. Bt I started facing little spots from 24th March itself and it continued..from 5th April, m facing heavy bleeding comparative to the one I generally face in my menses.
My dctr hs diagnosed me with PCOD and prescribed normoz fr 3 months n pause mf for 5 days.
pls help and guide if pause mf shall help and whether bleeding cn start again if I do sex? M also planning fr the baby..
Age 29 years. Weight 59kgs
