Hello doctor I have I am 23 years old and I have tight foreskin by by stretching it now I can pull my foreskin back but only but only when in flaccid state. during erection I have problem in Pulling it back and also during urination ballooning happens. I've used betamethasone and lox gel but not regularly .
kindly advice I don't want to go for circumcision no and my penis has become dark coloured though earlier it was wheatish colour now its brown why is it so I don't like dark colour it give me bad feeling I.e untidy kindly advice how to improve it and do Indians use to shave the pubic area
