Hello doctor, I have a painless rush around my glans penis, they just like my skin, just started like that. I had utis but treat with ceftriaxone 2g start then cifixime but couldn't work I then went for azithromycin 500mg for five day but ketons remained, recently I decided to go for ceftriazone 2g for five day, then now continuing with erythromycin, but now I see white discharge when am in the toilet passing feaces, urine comes first then at last at the process white discharge comes, what could it be, and how should I treat it please.the rushes are there between the separation of the shaft and the glans penis, no itching, no pain, am so normal, hiv negative, rpr, negative,
