Hello Doctor, I Have Been Suffering From Running(blocked Nose), Throat

Hello doctor,

I have been suffering from running(blocked nose), throat pain, fever, cough with phlegm (green color) since 1 week. I am on Augmentin 625mg, Tab.mucolite, Tab. Sinarest. I am not taking any syrup. Is this treatment ok? please suggest an alternative Rx if you think so.
