Hello Doctor.. I Have Got Scabies , And So The

Hello doctor.. I have got scabies , and so the doctor gave scarab lotion, but he said to put over all the body down from the neck and stay in the sun outside for 1 hour and take a bath... Is it a correct solution? ... It does not match as your solutions given here... So what can be done??
My age is 20 and my height is 5.6 .
