Hello Doctor. I Have Red/brown Small Spots On Back Of

Hello doctor. I have red/brown small spots on back of my biceps and upper part of back. It does not cause any itchiness or pain but during summer it is more visible.
Also, i have noticed recently there is high probability of skin accumulation if there is any cut on my body. For ex:- while doing away hairs from my chest using a razor, there was a small cut. It got heeled but the place feels whenever i roll my hand over it. Its brown in color. Same accumulation happened on my knees and hands when my bike skidded. Although there is no pain in these things but it looks bad as dark brown colored areas.
