Hello Doctor, I Have Skin Rashes Around The Neck Behind

Hello doctor, I have skin rashes around the neck behind my knees back of my hands and inside elbow. My doctor prescribed prednisone I finished it and it was working while I was taking it but now it started itching again? Also I’m taking allegra 2x a day and topical anti-itch cream.
