Hello Doctor, I Have Used Mometasone Ointment For Over A

Hello doctor,
I have used mometasone ointment for over a year without knowing it as a steroid once I came to know it I immediately stopped it and now I'm under medication. My doctor instructed me some medicine and cream for curing rosacea which I got due to usage of steroid ointment. I'm under medication from last 2months but still I'm facing itching on my face. My skin has became way darkerespecially my forehead and nose.
medicine I've used:
1. ALLEGRA 180
2. DOXYCYCLINE CAPSULE
3. CETAPHIL MOISTURISER
4. CETAPHIL CLEANSER
5. TACROZ 0.03% OINTMENT now I've stopped it and using CLEARZ MAX CREAM.
PLZ HELP.
