Hello Doctor I M 21 Years Old N Em Having

Hello doctor I m 21 years old n em having fever which is not continuous sometimes its very high n sometimes low grade fever having numbness in feet's n arms feeling fatigue as well n in my tests I found I m anaemic an year ago doc advise me to take neurobian injection for seven days which I did n at that time I m having same symptoms so I I can take the injections again along with folic acid tablets bz I m not having access to do tests again Jo plz guide
