I m 23 weeks pregnant. Recent ultrasound scan report shows that 2.9cm cervical length. So doctor prescribe me duvadilan retard 40mg twice for 15 days and bed rest. Does this helps to increase cervical length? This my first pregnancy and my baby's weight is 620gm.
