Hello Doctor. I M 26 Year Old Girl Facing Problem

Hello doctor. I m 26 year old girl facing problem of premature graying since last 3 n half years and also my hair are scanty and thin. My hair growth is also not good and the hair whivh grow are always dry and very vary thin and bad. So everytime they grow like this and i have to cut them. Please suggest me some solution to get rid of all my hair problems.
