Hello doctor. I m trying to conceive but it is all about 8 month I m not getting pregnant. Last month I got diagnosed with USG PELVIS(TVS)
Uterus. Is normal in size, shape and outline. Myometrial normal. No focal lesion seen. Endometrium thickness is normal and 8-9 in width

Adnexa. A slightly thick walled cystic structure with irregular crenated margins measure 1.48x0.68cms seen in left ovary-? Collapsed follicle
A cyst measuring 1.19x 0.78 cms also seen adjacent to left ovary- likely par ovarian cyst
No abnormal adnexal mass is seen.
Minimal free fluids seen in POD.

I want to ask what my report says about me can I conceive or there is a problem. Last Dec 22 period started and and I diagnosed by this test on 2 Jan. Doctor told me to take ovanac cc next 3 day of my period to 5 day.. pleas help me
