Hello Doctor. I See Countable Few Red Dots On Pennies

Hello doctor.

I see countable few red dots on pennies head.

1. They come and disappeared in couple days, and after sometimes in week time same way they appear in different places.
Sometimes its not seen.

2. I also see like seeds. I got to see its insge online, it is mentioned Pearly penile papules in pennus.
Its little which I can count like 5 small dot like seeds on the right side only. This remains for while.

I am really sad.

Please help me to understand get good treatment to cure.
