Hello Doctor. I Suffer From Panic Attacks. It Has Started

Hello doctor. I suffer from panic attacks. It has started about 3 years ago with mild and rare symptoms. Nowadays its getting worse and frequent. Today new thing was added, I have problem with swallowing and pressure in top part of my chest. Tingling and numbness of face and skull is also part of it. Pressure in central part of chest. Its always a worry that I might have some heart problems. I'm 36 years old male. I can't get rid of these symptoms.
