Hello Doctor, I Think A Have A CSF Leak, I

Hello doctor,

I think a have a CSF leak, I went to many doctors here in Kuwait city but unfortunately the doctors here are not that much good to diagnose this issue, It started 1 year ago after a hard work i was doing at the gym and then i quit going to the gym for some reasons and after 2 weeks i started to feel that my Head have too much pressure and it continue to happen till today it's been almost 1 year and a half, I did MRI and doctor told me there is nothing shown in the MRI, Now I still have Head pain and Headaches and the worst part is "When i press on some parts of my head or try to massage my scalp i feel there is some water is coming from my eyes".

I'm very confused and really don't know what to do.

i'm only 26 years old.
